Sellenta – Terms of Service
1. General Rules (All Users)
Sellenta is a digital marketplace acting as an intermediary between buyers and sellers.
By using this platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.
Sellenta reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or applicable laws.
All user data is managed in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and our Privacy Policy.
2. Payments and Fees
All transactions are processed securely through our payment partner, Stripe.
Sellenta charges a commission on each sale, deducted automatically at the time of payment.
VAT and applicable taxes are calculated and applied in accordance with applicable laws and your location.
3. Data Protection
We collect and process personal data such as names, emails, and payment details in order to deliver our services, process transactions, and prevent fraud.
The legal bases for processing are contract fulfillment, legal obligation, and legitimate interest.
Data is stored only as long as necessary to fulfill our services and legal requirements.
You have the right to request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, and portability of your data by contacting us.

4. Disputes and Liability
Sellers are solely responsible for the legality, quality, and accuracy of their products.
Disputes between buyers and sellers should first be resolved between the parties. Sellenta may mediate but does not guarantee resolution.
Sellenta is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or issues arising from third-party payment services.
Sellenta complies with the EU Digital Services Act (DSA) and will remove illegal content or products when notified.
For Buyers
1. Purchases and Downloads
Upon purchasing digital products, you may download them immediately after payment.
EU withdrawal right: By confirming the download, you expressly agree to waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law.
2. Responsibilities
You are responsible for reviewing product descriptions before purchasing.
If a product is not delivered as described, you should contact the seller directly.
3. Refunds
Refunds are subject to the seller's refund policy.
Sellers are required to provide refunds if the product is defective, not delivered, or not as described, in line with applicable consumer protection laws.
For Sellers
1. Product Listings
All products must be legal, original, and comply with copyright and intellectual property laws.
Product descriptions must be accurate, clear, and not misleading.
Sellenta reserves the right to remove listings that violate laws or platform guidelines.
2. VAT and Taxes
You are responsible for declaring and paying VAT and other taxes on your sales.
EU-based sellers must comply with VAT rules and, where applicable, the MOSS/OSS system.
Non-EU sellers must comply with their local tax obligations.
3. Commission and Fees
Sellenta automatically deducts a commission from each sale.
Pricing must include all applicable taxes and fees.
4. Buyer Relations
Sellers must handle buyer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
You are responsible for resolving disputes with buyers.
5. Dispute Resolution
